- 1 Bun’n’Roll Bridor (85 g), thawed
- 20 g tomato sauce
- 30 g mozzarella, grated or cut into small pieces
- 15 g button mushrooms, finely sliced
- 15 g bell peppers (yellow and red), diced
- 10 g feta cheese, crumbled (topping)
- Oregano or Provençal herbs (optional)
Etapas de preparación
Base preparation
- Lightly dust the work surface with extra-fine semolina to prevent the dough from sticking during rolling.
- Thaw the Bun’n’Roll according to the recommendations.
- Gently roll out the dough to obtain an even disc of approximately 10 cm in diameter, keeping a slight rim.
Topping
- Spread the tomato sauce in the center of the disc, leaving a 1 cm border.
- Distribute the mozzarella evenly.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and diced bell peppers.
- Lightly sprinkle with oregano if desired.
Baking
- Bake in a fan-assisted oven preheated to 180–190°C (355–375°F) for 12 to 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and the topping is melted.
Finishing
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle the pizza-style croissant with crumbled feta to add visual contrast and a salty touch.
